Francesca is a solicitor in the employment team and joined Square One Law in September 2019. Francesca has worked on an array of Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination on the grounds of race and sexual orientation and whistleblowing.
In addition to the contentious work, Francesca also advises clients in relation to capability and disciplinary queries, grievances, investigations and appeals. Francesca’s experience of employee severance includes the preparation and negotiation of settlement agreements for senior executives. She has also provided advice on more strategic projects in relation to Redundancy, National Minimum Wage and Output work, Gender Pay Gap Reporting and TUPE. Francesca works closely with clients advising on proposed changes and the associated risks involved.
Law is Francesca’s second career and she previously owned two restaurant chains in the North West and Midlands.
