  • on a software licence with Playtech, restructuring the group for tax purposes and to incorporate a company holding an Alderney gaming licence, advising on various production agreements with Virgin Media, ITV and Channel 5, advising on a £35 million court approved share capital reduction and advising in the acquisition of the Vernons gaming business
  • Digitalbox Group Limited, a Big Data company in the digital agency arena, on the acquisition of Attinger Jack Interactive Limited and its subsidiaries, including the raising of £4 million from venture capitalists
