Join us as we look through the key cases from 2013, highlighting the latest developments from across the year, as well as the significant forthcoming employment cases.

As the Government confirms its plans to amend TUPE, we will take you through the reform proposals and other anticipated legislative changes to show the impact these changes could have on your business.

9.00am – ‘Annual employment case law update’ by Eleanor Wilkinson

Review the key employment law cases from 2013;

Consider forthcoming employment law cases.

9.45am – A summary of the proposed reforms to TUPE and other legislative developments on the horizonby Jean-Pierre van Zyl

Analyse the changes to TUPE intended to be implemented in January 2014;

Assess the practical implications of the proposed changes;

Consider other anticipated legislative changes

10.30am – Coffee
