Employment Law Workshop: Tackling the gender pay gap in your workplace
Join us for an interactive workshop to discuss gender pay audits and determining what the gender pay gap could look like in your organisation.

We will consider the information needed to conduct an equal pay audit and what this involves in practice. Exploring in detail the basis on which roles are considered to be of equal value and how to determine whether an employee’s gender plays a part in explaining any inequality in pay.
During the session we will show you how to develop an equal pay action plan and explain what practical steps you may want to consider putting in place to encourage equality in the workplace.
