Square One Law attracts property lawyer back to the North East

Square One Law has a reputation for representing entrepreneurial and fast growing businesses, supporting the owners of those businesses with their commercial needs as well as their personal matters. To strengthen the levels of advice and service that the firm provides, the property team has recently recruited specialist conveyancing lawyer, Sharon Pannu.

Sharon’s experience covers a full range of property matters with particular emphasis on high end residential transactions including; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build properties. She will also be supporting the property team on commercial transactions.

Sharon said: “I grew up and studied in the North East and completed my Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Northumbria University. I have recently moved back to the region from Bedfordshire where I qualified and worked over the last few years.

“Square One Law’s client base is very impressive and I enjoy supporting clients with their wide range of property purchases. Whether it’s the family home or investment properties, I focus on bringing security and peace of mind to my clients, helping them through the whole process.”
