By Car
The Fleming Business Centre is situated at the junction of Abbotsford Terrace and Burdon Terrace in Jesmond. Both roads are turnings off Clayton Road, which is well sign posted. If travelling down the Great North Road, from Gosforth you turn left into Clayton Road before joining the motorway. Abbotsford Terrace is the first left turn.
If approaching from Osbourne Road, turn onto Clayton Road and pass the shops. Abbotsford Terrace is the 4th turning on the right.
The entrance to The Fleming Business Centre is off the junction of Abbotsford Terrace and Burdon Terrace. Go past the security office and immediately turn right. You will see our offices on the right. Please park in the available spaces.
By Metro
Our offices are a five minute walk from Jesmond Metro Station. Cross over the road on to Eskdale Terrace and turn left on to Clayton Road. Walk along Clayton Road, past the shops until you reach Abbotsford Terrace on your right. Walk up Abbotsford Terrace and when the road bends to the right to become Burdon Terrace you will see the gatehouse at the opening of The Fleming Business Centre. Anson House is located on the right hand side of the building.
Metro is run by Nexus – please check their Website for information about timetables, location of stations and Park & Ride.
By Rail
Our offices can be reached from Newcastle Central Station by either taxi or Metro (both approximately a 10 minute journey). Our offices are a five minute walk from Jesmond Metro Station.
Should you wish to take a taxi to the office there is a taxi rank on the right of the entrance of the station.
By Air
Newcastle International Airport is approximately six miles North West of Newcastle City centre.
On arrival, a taxi can be taken at the rank outside the terminal building or booked from the Information Desk. The taxi journey to the City Centre will take approximately 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can travel to the City Centre by Metro. The airport has its own Metro Station. Jesmond is the closest metro station to the office.
